"The Roller Rink" is a delightfully corny homage to 80's synthpop which, even in the early 2000's, seemed to be the favorite soundtrack at the Holiday Skating Rink in New Jersey. My friend and I used to go every Friday for the late skate, when all the older kids were there. The place was as old as dirt, and the people working there were older still.
