"Nodoff" is a "concept song" gone horribly right. I wondered, what if you could catch yourself right at the moment between waking and sleep? If you could stay perfectly aware as you fell directly into a dream, what would that sound like? Being a child of the 90's, it occurred to me to take influence from the background and theme music of the very early Rugrats episodes.
